Delete your data

From your workspace

Open Settings → Connections → Disconnect to remove an Instagram account and its contacts, messages, automations, and delivery history. For Facebook, WhatsApp, X / Twitter, or Telegram, open Channels → Connections and choose Disconnect for the account. This removes its channel rules, contacts, messages, events, and job history from this workspace. To remove your Google profile and everything in your workspace, open Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace.

Other connected providers

You can also revoke authorization or credentials through the provider’s account or app settings. If disconnecting reports that provider cleanup failed, the local connection has been removed; remove the remaining app subscription or bot webhook with the provider. Data already delivered to a provider is subject to that provider’s controls.

From Instagram or Facebook

Revoke ChatAutomater’s access through the provider’s Apps and websites settings. If Meta sends the configured deauthorization or deletion callback, Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages associated with that authorization are removed from this app’s database, together with their automation and conversation data.
