Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated 17 October 2026
ChatAutomater is a digital software-as-a-service product. Nothing is shipped; access is provided online immediately after payment. This policy explains how to cancel and the limited cases in which a refund is given.
1. Billing
Paid plans are charged monthly in Indian rupees (INR) in advance via Razorpay and renew automatically each month until cancelled. The price is shown in Billing before you pay. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, you should review the plan and its allowances before you subscribe.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel renewal at any time from Billing inside the app, and you must do so before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your workspace also cancels any recurring subscription. If you cancel a pending checkout nothing is charged.
3. Refunds: strictly limited
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes first payments, renewals, unused or partly used periods, downgrades, cancellations made after a renewal has been charged, forgetting to cancel, and dissatisfaction with features or results. We do not give prorated refunds or credits. Refunds are issued only in these cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: you were charged more than once for the same period, or an amount different from the price shown at checkout, and you report it within 7 days of the charge.
- Unauthorised transaction: a payment you did not make, reported within 7 days of the charge, subject to verification.
- Where the law requires a refund.
Third-party provider fees (for example WhatsApp or X charges) are billed by those providers and are never refundable by us. Suspension or termination for breach of our terms does not entitle you to a refund. A refund, where granted, may end your access to the affected period.
4. How to request a refund
Email rkstsuku@gmail.com from your registered Google email with the subject “Refund request” and include the date and amount of the charge, the Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment receipt) and the reason. Requests without these details, or made after the deadlines above, will be declined. We aim to respond within 3 business days, and our decision after reviewing the payment records is final subject to the law.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. After we approve a refund, it normally reaches your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it and we may pause paid features until payment succeeds. If it keeps failing the subscription ends and your workspace returns to the free state; your data is not deleted.
